Role SummaryThe Program Co-Chairs provide strategic leadership and oversight for all chapter educational, networking, and community service events. In this role, Co-Chairs mentor the Program Manager, collaborate with committee members, and represent the Program Committee to the board.Key Responsibilities• Lead the planning and execution of educational, networking, and community service events.• Ensure all programs meet ACHE requirements for Category I and II credits.• Partner with venues, speakers, and sponsors to deliver high-quality programming.• Oversee event logistics, communications, and registration processes.• Track event attendance, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement.• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for ACHE credit compliance.• Guide development of marketing materials to promote events effectively.• Maintain timelines, task trackers, and program records.• Approve final schedules, content, and logistics for all events.• Represent the Program Committee to the board, providing regular updates and progress reports.• Mentor the Program Manager to support their professional growth and contributions.• Collaborate with other committees on cross-functional initiatives.• Support HEN visits in coordination with the Academic Affairs Committee.
