Manage and work through equipment upgrade projects and new tower site builds including collocations on towers, water tanks, and rooftops; and raw land builds- Completing desktop scrubs and driving search rings to identify possible lease opportunities- Attend site visits and work with construction and engineers to develop the site design including the utility and fiber routes- Negotiate leases- Prepare collocation applications- Order title and environmental reports- Review construction drawings, structural analysis, mount analysis and EME reports- Review zoning ordinances; prepare zoning applications; attend zoning meetings; and prepare and obtain building permits- Provide project managers with daily updates on projects to be handed off to construction within the next 30 to 60 days; and provide weekly updates on projects projected to be handed off beyond 60 days- Assist new hires with questions and provide training- Draft correspondence, lease agreements and Amendments.
