I am an Executive Leadership Coach and Master Certified Coach (MCC) who partners with senior leaders facing complexity, change, and high-stakes responsibility. With more than 35 years of experience as a business owner, CEO, board director, and organizational leader, I bring deep business fluency to my coaching work. I understand how organizations operate across strategy, systems, people, and politics, and I help leaders think clearly, lead intentionally, and navigate complexity with greater confidence.My coaching focuses on how leaders think, decide, and show up. I help leaders examine the values, assumptions, and patterns of thinking that shape leadership behavior, presence, and results. Clients typically engage me at pivotal moments: stepping into greater scope, leading transformation, navigating complexity, or re-examining how they want to lead. I am known for a calm, direct, and deeply attentive coaching presence. I listen beneath the surface, challenge thinking with care, and help leaders cut through noise to focus on what matters most. The result is greater clarity, stronger leadership impact, and more sustainable success. Alongside my executive coaching practice, I also contribute to the development of the coaching profession as a coach educator, mentor coach, and faculty leader in a university-based Leadership Coaching Certification Program. I support professional coaches in deepening their practice and preparing for ICF credentialing. I also write and teach on coaching as an advanced leadership practice and a meaningful lever for organizational effectiveness.
