Enotria & Coe is a UK Distributor with an extensive Portfolio of Wine & Spirits working along with over +600 Suppliers across the world. As a Demand Planner, I’m accountable for the improvement of SKU-level operational forecasts for approximately 7K of products using AGR Forecasting tool and Microsoft Navision (NAV). I’ve created multiple on-time Dashboards with Power BI in order to improve the visibility of information and focus-Action Plan. Core Activities: • During this role, I’ve developed the S & OP Process within the Company and I’ve worked across multiple departments such as Sales, Warehousing, Finance, buying to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at the S & OP process meetings every month and establish company’s supply plan. My responsibilities during this process are: o Prepare forecast reporting by analysing historical trends maintaining responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics and to identify areas of improvement. o Gather information and understanding from the Sales Department of the New Business as well as some specific Promotions or Uplifts within the current Demand and to load this data into the forecasting software in order to trigger adequate purchasing information. o Prepare the Purchase Plan report to improve Cashflow and in-bound visibility as well as adequate stock levels. o Work closely with the Supply planning team to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while working in reducing Slow-moving and obsolete inventory products with the Sales Department efficiently. o Ensure visibility of the Stock Projection in volume of Cases, Pallets for the in-bound plan mostly during the Pick period-time. o Monthly revision of the life cycle Product and de-list Process along with the Buying team to adjust the Demand when necessary.
