About Brenda V. Morawa
Brenda’s special expertise in sustainability began in the late 1980s with extensive energy modelling of existing buildings for the Federal National Energy Conservation Council Polices Act Program. She has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2002, has various ASHRAE certifications and in 2013 attained the prestigious honor of LEED Fellow. Utilizing more than thirty-five years of design, field and analysis experience she is leading various sized portfolios toward attaining their carbon and building performance goals. Balancing the myriad of factors including energy, carbon, thermal comfort, daylighting, resource utilization and renewables generation Brenda is able to bring practical and innovative solutions to enhance building performance for large or small scale projects and portfolios.
