Extensive knowledge of regulatory, permitting, and authorization requirements for oil and gas well sites, pipelines, and facilities per- Clean Water Act- Endangered Species Act- Federal Land Policy Management Act- Minerals Leasing Act- National Historic Preservation Act, and - National Environmental Policy Act.
