Lead HR team to execute strategies and initiatives to support the Marine and Land Systems business priorities while creating a culture of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Key accomplishments include-Consulted on change management efforts to integrate/align business systems including Oracle. This included leading the efforts to successfully transition~500 hourly employees from a weekly to bi-weekly payroll cycle with the move to Oracle-Maintain positive employee relations and engagement. Realized increase in employee engagement scores and survey participation rate of 81%-Alignment of benefits to ensure the hourly workforce is receiving the same level of benefits as the salaried group-Led team to execute reduction in force to right-size the organization to align with business demand-Manage low performers out of the organization to upgrade talent in critical roles-Business was at risk of losing its ISO certification due to training. Led team to put structure in place to maintain ISO certification and with no findings in training.
