   Manage, coach and develop a team of front-line HR Shared Services (HRSS) support staff- Actively Manage the centralized HRSS Knowledge Management System and partner with the Subject Matter Experts in each center of excellence to ensure accurate and timely updates- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and variance within the Employee Solutions Team- Lead implementation projects for employee self-service, employee portal, and plan future engagement points between employees and HRSS - Partner with reporting teams to ensure metrics are accurate and reflect the needs of our internal customers- Provide direct supervision and Tier 2 support to HRSS team.
