Scraps KC is a non profit, creative reuse center located in Midtown, Kansas City. Through the diversion of manufacturing waste we are able to provide teachers, artists and other creative minded individuals with unique and reusable materials that enhance the creative and educational processes. We engage the manpower of our local homeless population to fulfill various jobs in our retail storefront. In return for their volunteer time we provide the homeless men and women with meals, health and survival items needed for daily living on the streets. It is our desire to one day be able to provide paid positions for the homeless.
