My experience includes representing big and small companies, countless inventor personalities, corporate stakeholders and in-house counsel such that I can file on subject matter that is important with efficiency.I have experience with all aspect of intellectual property, including patent litigation, freedom-to-operate analysis, and IP assistance during corporate transactions. This experience helps to enable me to be forward thinking when obtaining patent rights. I am admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I also hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and am comfortable working on a wide variety of technology. Exemplary technology areas I have worked in include artificial intelligence, magnetic resonance imaging devices, motion control applications, plasma devices, radars, computer logic, wireless telecommunications, software, and other areas including software, analog and digital electronics.
