I enjoy nothing better than partnering with my customers, building great relationships and navigating through their different business challenges to improve their personal and business performance. I was able to fulfil this in my role as an Account Manager at Insights Learning and Development, and now have the privilege of supporting my team to do the same. Being able to support, coach, mentor and pass on my own experience is truly rewarding. As a leader it is my goal to provide support, be a great coach and mentor and to pass on my experience, knowledge and empathy in a focused, visionary and centred way.
