Brenda Davey

Brenda Davey joined Harsch Investment Properties in 1996 and is currently Director of Recruiting. Formerly, she was Director of Advancement at Harsch. In her current role, she sources and connects potential employees to current job openings. In addition, Brenda works with current employees to help guide career planning as they work to achieve their career goals. She also develops the overall recruitment strategy, working with managers to create staffing plans and manages corporate human resource marketing channel opportunities. Brenda has worked in the real estate industry for more 19 years, managing staffs of more than 100 employees. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
