Trade Manager - North Atlantic Services @CMA CGM

Currently I am handling Trades to N. Europe, Med & some Middle East. I have also been Trade Manager for the India Services. My position consists of working to generate the best fit for CMA to grow in these markets. I utilizie JOC stats, work closely with Sales, work with our agents overseas, and send target programs so we can utlize equipement to areas of need. I prepare budgets yearly and maintain guidance throughout my TEAM to ensure we meet or exceed. This consists both of teus and contribution to the line. I do travel with the Sales TEAM to assist them with issues and help them secure new business. Daily monitoring of the vessels so we can maintain full lifts with the least amount of rolls or shifts. With four services off the East Coast and one off the Gulf (incl Miami) it takes daily monitoring to give the cargo the quickiest / shortest time frame to make their intended POD. Also work closely with Customer Service TEAM (I managed the Import CSV TEAM for 3 years), and to keep them updated on changes or challenges facing the services. I enjoy talkling and meeting new people and customers, building a releationships that not only increase my knowledge of the business but also voicing opions that can improve our daily activity.
