Strategic Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience partnering with teams to strengthen organizations through effective people strategy, leadership development, and HR compliance in complex operational environments. Currently serving as a Regional HR Manager for the West Region at National Trench Safety, where I advise senior leadership on workforce strategy supporting employees across 12 states, guiding initiatives related to employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership development, engagement, and risk management.My career has largely been built in operationally driven industries where HR must balance business performance, culture, and regulatory compliance. I focus on resolving complex employee relations matters, coaching leaders through difficult decisions, and building HR processes that scale as organizations grow. My leadership foundation begain in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I developed the discipline, accountability, and operational mindset that continue to shape how I approach HR leadership today. I\'m passionate about building strong leaders, navigating complex workplace challenges, and helping organizations grow with thoughtful, practical people strategies.
