About Brenda Alemán
Welcome to my page! Even with a BA degree from the University of Santa Cruz, I am always looking to learn something new. Currently, I am studying for the ITIL4 exam which has been very helpful in my current role. I am a California native and presently a Texas resident with a passion for providing leadership and management for customer support teams in order to execute a delightful and meaningful customer experience. My experience as a massage therapist gave me insight into the business client relationship and I built a day spa business from the ground up. I have built and managed customer support teams throughout my 15+ year career for health care IT, SaaS and retail companies. The support teams were anywhere from 50-200 agents. Currently, I am an escalations manager for the global support team at Snow Software. Every day I look forward to advocating for customers and cultivating strong relationships. As for my future, I hope to one day work as a Global Director and work with a diverse innovative global team. My desire is to work for a company who is passionate about their customers and partners success. In my free time, you can find me cycling, hiking outdoors or playing with my dog.
