This growth was driven by a consultative operating model, consistent service delivery, and a long‑term view focused on client trust, retention, and organizational durability.Earlier in my career, I spent over 25 years in high technology industry senior leadership roles at F5 Networks and Emulex, leading global marketing, product, and go‑to‑market organizations. Across both technology and services businesses, I have consistently focused on setting clear strategic vision, building high‑performing leadership teams, and executing at scale to deliver sustained growth and long‑term value.

   Acquired Trestle Community Management in 2014 and led its growth into one of the largest community management firms in Washington State, serving more than 160 associations and approximately homes as of 2025, up from 12 associations and 512 homes at acquisition. Today, Trestle provides comprehensive community management services throughout all of Western Washington, from the Oregon border to the Canadian border.Trestle specializes exclusively in community management, supporting condominium associations (garden-style, mid-rise, and mixed-use), single-family homeowners associations, and large-scale master-planned communities. The firm was purpose-built from the ground up to deliver a higher, more consultative standard of service within the community management industry.As a family-owned business, Trestle combines experienced business leadership with highly skilled community managers and accountants, supported by mature processes and modern technology to consistently deliver superior outcomes for clients. We maintain strong, long-standing relationships with many of the Puget Sound’s largest homebuilders, partnering with them to guide communities from initial development through transition to owner-controlled boards of directors.As President & Owner, I set the company’s vision and strategic direction and oversee all operational aspects of the business, with a focus on scalable growth, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional community management experience with measurable results for our clients.
