Lewis National Racial Equity Initiative Social Justice Fellowship! The CBCF\'s mission deeply resonates with my commitment to advancing the well-being of black communities affected by systemic injustices and health disparities. My research in this program holds immense significance as it aligns with my goals of pursuing medicine through a unique intersection of health, justice, advocacy and research. It’s a unique opportunity to become a healthcare professional who advocates for justice and equity in healthcare.It\'s truly an honor to join a remarkable group of alumni, sharpen my policy and professional skills, and embark on a dual experience of working on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide and policy analyst, acquiring hands-on public policy training.
