Highlight of skills: Planning, Organizing, and Prioritizing I start every project with a calendar to determine what is reasonably possible, and plan for soft deadlines in order to avoid rushing. I learned how to coordinate classes, independent projects, work and family while finishing my last few years as a single parent. I am now very successful at keeping on track.
