ABOUT BREHON HUMPHREY

I have been passionate about video games and logic puzzles throughout my youth. I began attending University of Southern California in the fall of 2009 enrolled studying Computer Science with a focus on game design. During my time at USC I participated in a variety of computer programming competitions, using the prizes from them to furnish my work station at home. After my sophomore year I began grading for a class specializing in large system and multi-threaded system design. In the summer of 2012 I interned at Amazon Game Studios when is was still not officially a part of Amazon. While there I worked on transferring a variety of E-Ink games onto the Kindle Fire and the still unreleased Kindle Fire HD. In addition to my intern project, I also provided programming support for the the game Lucky\'s Escape. When I graduated USC I returned to Amazon Game Studios to work on the Fire TV launch title Sev Zero and Sev Zero Air Support. After the title launched, I remained on to fix bugs and implement metric gathering and AB testing. After Sev Zero launched, I was moved to work on projects using Amazon\'s Lumberyard Engine. I was working on AI for Amazon\'s upcoming MMO \"New World\" for about two years before I transferred to the Santa Monica campus to make quality of life easier with less commuting.
