ABOUT BRIANNA PALLADINO
Finance transformation isn\'t a technology project. It\'s an organizational redesign that utilizes software and systems. I\'ve spent 8+ years as a trusted CFO advisor, optimizing financial operations for multi-billion-dollar enterprises in SaaS, Services, Energy, and Promotional Products. I approach every engagement through a People, Data, and Process lens, because the best system architecture in the world fails without the right organizational design and change management to support it. My career has been shaped by building things from the ground up. I was Employee #3 in a NetSuite practice I helped build from scratch at Centric Consulting, and Employee #40 at Bryant Park Consulting — now approaching 250 consultants in year 4. I know what it takes to scale an organization, build teams, establish delivery infrastructure, and maintain quality through rapid growth. That experience informs everything I do. Today, I manage a team of consultants, design and deliver training curricula in advanced financial topics (ASC 606, ASC 842, multi-subsidiary consolidation), and serve as the primary finance architect and strategic partner to CFOs and VPs of Finance navigating complex system migrations, close-cycle optimization, and operational redesigns. My technical depth spans relational database architecture, cube-based reporting, and multi-system integration design. My functional integration experience includes connecting ERP, CRM, and business applications into unified financial data ecosystems. I\'m now focused on bringing that optimization and advisory expertise inside an organization, as a VP of Finance, Finance Integration Lead, or CFO-track operator. Where sustained impact matters more than the next engagement. Currently, I am studying for the completion of the CMA exam in Late-Summer of 2026. Industries: SaaS, Services, Energy, Promotional Products, Financial Services, Insurance, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Logistics, Space Approach: People, Data, Process — in that order.
