Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for delivering features and services in the discovery and sign-up process (funnel) for our customers in ten different countries in Europe, as well as Australia and New Zealand Owns delivery schedules for new features and platform enhancements. This involves evaluating current engineering commitments, determining level of effort and resources required, and communicating risks and benefits across multiple business divisions, such as brand and design, marketing, and core business services Responsible for communicating details of upcoming site enhancements, prioritizing and managing timelines to launch enhancements, alerting business leaders to potential risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute flexible online solutions, which adhere to global standards while satisfying specific regional customer needs. Manages timelines and deliverables for local development and design resources via regularly scheduled calls, in-person meetings, and workshops, to create the best global solution. Has a comprehensive understanding of the business; is able to quickly re-prioritize and reallocate resources as business needs change. Employs agile development methodologies to manage progress, identify potential risks, and ensure that website enhancements conform to rigorous testing standards prior to release.
