As a DEI advocate and community builder, I helped launch Elevate Advanced Access which provides tailored account management support for diverse business owners and helps experienced advertisers grow beyond the basics which helps drive economic equity for Minority communities. In addition, I serve as an advisor on Meta\'s DEI Leadership Forum which ensures our DEI counterparts and Leadership Team prioritize and power our people through having diversify perspectives on key organizational topics and themes.
