Selected Accomplishments- Led the rename and rebrand from DCBID to DTLA Alliance increasing organizational awareness from 41% to 66% in one year - Spearheaded innovative campaigns helping lead DTLA out of the pandemic and into recovery including DTLA We Got This, Life is Better in Person, and DTLA Here & Now- Developed new email marketing strategy launching a series of email automations, This Week in DTLA, and The 9-5ish to promote local businesses and events resulting in a 200% increase in open rates (from 12% to over 50%) with total email subscribers- Envisioned and launched an innovative office worker engagement strategy including The 9-5ish email newsletter with click rates as high as 7.9%, Life is Better In Person lunch giveaway and activations, and office worker events in which 2/3rds of office workers shared they came Downtown that day because of our events- Revamped the marketing tech stack and internal processes to ensure seamless integration across CRM, website, and email marketing system- Launched a fund development strategy to increase organizational resources including securing a contract, raising over in sponsorships and support, and helped launch a new 501c3 organization - DTLA Alliance Community Trust
