I am a seasoned workforce development project manager with over a decade of experience, primarily focused on the hydropower sector. My career has been shaped by leadership in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and program management. As Program Director at the Hydropower Foundation, I led impactful initiatives including regional student competitions, career fairs, and scholarship programs- helping to build a strong pipeline of talent for the industry. I also bring experience in leading volunteers and board members with a strong background in organizational management and strategic operationsCurrently I serve as a Project Manager within the Workforce and Energy Systems Transformation group at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). I lead workforce development efforts in the waterpower sector through the U.S. Department of Energy’s STEM Workforce Development project and the Hydropower Collegiate Competition. My ever-evolving portfolio also includes the Solar District Cup Collegiate Competition and stakeholder engagement initiatives across various energy sectors.I hold a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work, I\'m a proud wife and mom to two teenage boys, balancing a busy family life with a deep commitment to expanding my experience and advancing my career.
