I’ve spent my career as a storyteller, always in service of place—whether that place is my hometown of Mobile, Alabama, or George Washington’s Mount Vernon. For seven years, I wrote and edited stories for Mobile Bay Magazine that celebrated the people, history, and culture of the Gulf Coast. Today, as a writer at America’s most visited historic home, I craft digital and editorial content that brings Washington’s world to life for modern audiences.
