   Work with teams across engineering to identify risk and offer better practices for creating more secure software • Create documentation and training in response to engineer needs to elevate internal security practices • Perform security reviews and threat modeling of upcoming features • Lead onboarding and training to establish Gusto security practices for incoming and established Gusto engineers • Partner closely with product managers and others across the company to ensure product security is aware of upcoming features and other developments to keep on top of potential risks and engineer needs • Offer frequent guidance on a variety of subjects, including Chrome extension reviews, Slack app reviews, how to handle everyday security issues, and navigating technological choices
