   Led recruiting strategy and execution for Business Applications and Platform (BAP) organization of people • Spearheaded the integration of Profile Based Hiring (PBH) into BAP to efficiently recruit at scale in order to meet the organization’s hiring demand • Led a team of 4 vendors to support the execution of the PBH model • Partnered with Business Managers, Admins, HR and Chief of Staff to track progress to plan, and ensure a smooth recruiting/hiring process across the BAP organization • Provide executive consulting to the DTP team regarding efforts to fulfill hiring demands and ensure that we are doing so in an efficient and inclusive way • Led a data-driven initiative to highlight candidates who recently interviewed within C+AI, receiving majority “Hire” decisions, but did not receive an offer. These candidates were reviewed by CVPs across BAP who had openings that matched the profiles of these “ready to hire” candidates.
