Future Business Leaders of America Chapter• Chartered the Brunswick R-II Middle Level FBLA Chapter which allowed junior high students to compete at state FBLA competitions • Had the first National Leadership Conference qualifier at the middle level in program history • Completed the Chapter of the Year application for the first time in school history to earn gold and showcase student and chapter achievements • Started a professional dress closet for members to access attire like business blazers, dresses, slacks and shirts for FBLA Competitive Events• Yearly teacher and staff appreciation day is held during National FBLA Week Business Classroom • Obtained a grant to add dual monitor computers, new chairs and headsets to the business lab to prepare students for the modern business workplace • Used Google Classroom extensively to provide digital access to lessons and supplemental supports like articles and videos • Program highlight or “hype” videos were made by students for sports programs to increase fan support and engagement with athletes • Create weekly announcements for a digital board so students can showcase events in the school community • Students promoted staff through “national day” shoutouts on the school Facebook page
