I am passionate about building a career in sports management and marketing, where I can combine my organizational strengths with my love for sports. I’m especially interested in roles that involve managing operations, coordinating events, promoting teams or athletes, and enhancing the overall fan experience. My top strengths include clear communication, strong goal-setting and excellent planning and organization. Positioning me well for success in high-energy, fast-paced sports environments.Through my current management course, I’m learning how strategic decisions in areas like operations, marketing, and performance management contribute to the overall success of an organization. I’ve gained insights into competitive priorities, brand positioning, and how internal functions align with larger business goals. These lessons are helping me understand how to effectively manage both people and processes while staying aligned with audience and market needs.Professionally, my goal is to work in a sports organization, team, or brand where I can contribute to both the business and marketing sides of operations. I want to be involved in planning and executing campaigns, coordinating events, improving team logistics, or managing partnerships that help grow the brand and connect with fans. Long-term, I aspire to hold a leadership position where I can shape strategy, lead teams, and drive innovation in the sports industry.
