Breanna Rusk is an investment sales professional specializing in the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties nationwide and Sale Leaseback’s. She has developed undeniable credibility while working with some of the industry’s largest private clients, developers, private equity funds, and REIT’s. Prior to joining STREAM Capital Partners, Breanna was most recently an investment sales broker at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where she sold net leased properties nationwide with a specific emphasis in Drug Store transactions. Prior to Matthews, Breanna was an Executive broker at Caydon Property Group, one of Australia’s largest apartment developers, where she sold mixed use apartment developments throughout Melbourne, Australia. Before moving to Australia, she was an office tenant rep broker at Lee & Associates.
