As an HR professional I am interested in all aspects of human resource management from compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training. I am always looking for new opportunities to better myself, to share and expand my HR knowledge. Besides my Masters in Human Resources Management and my SHRM -CP certification I have a B.S. in anthropology.
