About Breana Rosenbaum
Breana is currently the in-house counsel for Rosetree Solutions, she handles reviewing and negotiating complex professional services software consulting contracts. She manages any litigation concerns that arise and oversees the employment agreement negotiations for the company. Breana began working at Rosetree in 2018 and has enjoyed learning the challenging aspect of the law that technology consulting has created. Breana began her legal career as associate attorney on the nursing home medical malpractice docket at Powers Taylor, LLP. As the Associate Attorney, Breana provided direction and leadership to the nursing home team and managed a caseload of over 40 active litigation nursing home cases at any time. She maintained an active role in all cases she managed throughout the entire lifecycle of the case and was very passionate about her work helping those who do not have a voice in nursing homes. Breana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast News Journalism with a double minor in Theater and Political Science, Law and the legal studies from West Virginia University in 2013, graduating cum laude. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Baylor Law School in 2016, where was involved in several school organizations including the Military Law Society, Women’s Legal Society and she was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. Prioritizing involvement in the community, Breana co-vice chairs the Dallas Bar Association’s LegalLine Committee, a hotline that provides free anonymous legal advice. Since 2015, Breana has served as an advisor in the roles of risk management, and standards, for chapters of Kappa Kappa Gamma, her own sorority from college. Breana has become a Licensed sales agent through the Texas Real Estate Commission and has begun helping friends and family find their dream homes in her spare time. Recently, Breana was elected to her the Board of Directors for her Homeowners Association and is looking forward to working with her neighbors and making a difference in her community.
