In this role, I oversee a team of Practice Transformation Advisors supporting the Illinois provider network. I work closely with leaders across the health plan to tailor and implement quality and practice transformation strategies that align provider operations and capabilities with the needs of Medicaid members.My focus is on advancing clinical best practices to improve provider performance, population health outcomes, and practice earning opportunities through P4P programs. In partnership with Value-Based Care and Provider Experience teams, I support achievement of the quintuple aim by leveraging data, innovation, and integrated quality management strategies. My scope includes quality management programs and infrastructure, behavioral health quality, credentialing and delegation, regulatory and accreditation support, performance measurement and improvement, and quality of care investigations.
