As an Experience Specialist at Salesforce I worked specifically with core account teams to cross-sell and upsell the business requirements and needs for customers and partners to have an experience powered by the power and data of the Salesforce platform. In this role it was critical to understand platform functionality and the core benefits to external parties while also addressing areas such as permissions, UI/UX, data access and security. Additionally as a Principal Sales Engineer I worked to evangelize the Experience Cloud technology both by educating core account teams and our customers. Key areas of focus for this role include: • Mentoring new team members as a Trailguide and reworking onboarding content to suit the specific needs of the specialist role • Working cross-functionally with other specialists to craft a point of view with shared expertise as enablement and reusable content for core teams • Proactively managing accounts and opportunities across multiple teams and account sizes including enterprise accounts • Develop a point of view on sub-industry specific use cases for Insurance
