I currently work in Apple’s Boylston Street Flagship Retail Location as an Apple Genius/Certified Mac Technician. As an Apple Genius/Certified Mac Technician I am a brand ambassador for the most admired company in the world. I love people and have a comprehensive knowledge of all things Apple and can translate technology-speak into everyday language. I live to inspire the next generation of Mac, iPod, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV fans to continue to strengthen the already stellar brand image Apple has. I provide top tier technical support to both current and new owners while helping to build, maintain, and repair existing relationships with our burgeoning customer base daily. I am capable of fixing all Apple hardware including Macs and Mobile devices as a Apple Certified Mac Technician. I help train new hires as a Mentor/Trainer on policy, procedure, and trouble shooting theory. I have worked closely with our business team to help local businesses with implementation of Apple Computers and Apple Software into their own business environments. I manage staff as a Support Leader in order to drive results and support our Managers. I also work with our locations Visual Merchandising team to ensure that our store is always up to Apple\'s strict visual standards.
