I assist my clients with both simple and complex patent litigation disputes in federal court or before the International Trade Commission. My technical background in physics and nanotechnology allows me to effectively represent clients in litigation and licensing negotiations. I have brought and defended cases involving a wide variety of technologies, including computer hardware and software, batteries, telecommunications, wireless networking, semiconductors, e-commerce, cryptography, and biotechnology.
