Entrepreneur and proven business executive who has helped lead a highly successful nationwide InsureTech & claims services firm.With over 20 years of experience in insurance claims, marketing, video production, web design, management and technology, I possess a diverse background having founded the first short form digital streaming and content curation site in the country music genre while in college in the mid-‘90s. Designed website and calling card artwork for The Art Bell Show (Coast To Coast AM) and served as an image consultant for various clients throughout the United States.Began career in the auto insurance claims sector in the late \'90s first as a casualty claims adjuster, then claims examiner and team supervisor. For 12 years I was immersed in all aspects of auto claims handling from initial file investigation based on first hand interviews, police reports and witnesses to negotiating and settling injury claims. Consistently received management training through in-house certification programs.As Vice President of Operations at ACD, I\'ve developed a team that has been recognized six times on the Inc. list of fastest growing privately held companies, four times on Deloitte’s Tech Fast 500 of North America and named as one of San Diego\'s Fastest Growing Companies five times. Awarded International Business Awards Gold Stevie for mobile app design in 2014. Winner of two Telly Awards (2015) and a two-time recipient of the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts W3 Silver Award for video marketing in the category Branded Content: Business to Business (2015 & 2016). Honored with a Bronze Stevie Award for Executive of the Year in the 2016 American Business awards. I am a Six Sigma Black Belt and recognized expert in business operations and process improvement, constantly looking for new ways to create efficiency to improve the customer experience.
