Rhode Island\'s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program provides long-term, fixed-rated financing for building upgrades in commercial and industrial properties that enables savvy building owners to modernize their building and increase cash flow with no upfront, out-of-pocket costs, and no personal guarantees eliminating the need for upfront capital that generates immediate positive cash flow.
