About Brayden Tullis

Companies on average lose $62.4 million per year because of inadequate communication to and between employees. As a graduate of communication studies, I want to reduce these losses significantly by enhancing the way employees and leaders communicate. Hi, my name is Brayden Tullis and I am an HR business professional. I first realized my passion for HR when I was a supervisor for a program called Especially For Youth. I not only mentored the youth but I conducted trainings, coached other counselors, and liaised with parents on their child’s development. I found that I could be a leader that was honest and genuine and was someone that others felt comfortable talking with a trusted advisor. As an Apple Technician and B2B manager, I learned that I could translate these qualities into a customer service role supporting the business. From there, I decided to pursue my Master in Human Resources and Master of Business Administration. Since beginning this journey, I have found that HR and business have become my passions and are areas I thrive in. Looking back in both my professional and personal life, I have found myself drawn to creating harmony between others around me. My goal is to act as a liaison between employees and management with a role as an HR business partner.
