I am a passionate ally and advocate for social justice issues, specializing in substance use, mental health, harm reduction, and LGBTQIA+ communities. I work to advance the cause and profession of peer support and recovery support services, harm reduction services for substance use and mental health disorder communities, as well as our displaced community members. My long-term goals include developing non-profit organizations focused on mental health and substance use issues emphasizing lived and living experiences, engaging in research and policy analysis and advocacy, and engaging in community social work practice to reduce barriers and increase access to vital services and support for all community members that need them.
