As Recruitment Chair for Chi Psi, I was responsible for leading the chapter’s recruitment strategy and managing the end-to-end process of attracting and onboarding new members. In this role, I coordinated recruitment events, built relationships with prospective members, and represented the fraternity’s values across campus. I worked closely with the executive board to align recruitment efforts with long-term chapter goals, while creating an inclusive and engaging experience for potential new members. This position strengthened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and gave me hands-on experience in outreach, relationship building, and team collaboration.
