At Penn State, where I am pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development, I focus on systems and processes that can truly create an impact. Coursework and projects emphasize supply chain management, process improvement, and lean manufacturing processes Hands-on experience includes designing more efficient systems for Goodwill and leading teams in relevant projects Leadership through Alpha Kappa Psi, Ohana Benefitting THON™, and volunteer work has strengthened my collaboration and communication skills Passion for manufacturing and R&D, driven by a commitment to designing processes that make work safer and more effective for employees while creating better experiences for customers When I’m not studying or working, I enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, and skiing.
