1. Technology Infrastructure - End User Chargeback Manager

   I helped manage the company’s End User Chargeback program, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals. In this role, I managed financial chargebacks for key enterprise technology services—including laptops, software, AV streaming, telecom, print, and fax—while validating monthly charges, onboarding new chargebacks, and resolving unbillable expenses. I routinely presented insights to IT Senior Management and partnered with product owners to develop internal customer rates. Through this work, I helped strengthen the company’s digital capabilities and enhance the internal customer experience.In early Q2 of 2025, my role expanded, and I now lead enterprise initiatives built on Apptio’s infrastructure. I support projects that streamline and standardize financial processes across cloud management, end‑user chargebacks, and enterprise financial reporting, driving greater accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency. I continue to oversee the financial management of the PC leasing program and am currently transitioning to support two key departments within the ISTS organization.
