At Datadog, I lead the development of new APM features that give customers greater control and streamline the onboarding experience.My work focuses on:APM Processing Pipelines - Making trace transformations transparent and easy to configure.Custom Metrics from Traces - Enabling users to create tailored metrics for deeper visibility.APM Data Flow - Clarifying and optimizing how trace data moves through the system.I guide these features from concept to launch. Conducting customer interviews, gathering design feedback, writing documentation and aligning engineering and design teams. This role continues to sharpen my skills in customer-focused product discovery, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful features that help users unlock more value from their observability data.
