A&D duties include overseeing all phases of acquisition and divestiture activities (have overseen 2 acquisition and 1 divestiture closing), building PDP and upside models, verify LOS financials, and presenting cases to management teams. I have overseen over $60MM in acquisitions and over $25MM in divestitures across a variety of assets.
