Since mid-2024, my two co-founders and I have been developing with Emerge Tech tailored AI agents for SMEs. Our goal: to support precisely those employers in the fight against the skilled labor shortage who form the backbone of the European economy. Before that, I spent six years in New York as the first employee of the German HR tech startup WorkGenius. After successfully expanding into the U.S. market, we completed two acquisitions and transformed the company into a global staffing powerhouse with over 250 employees and more than $150 million in revenue.
