Works closely with FMPA-operated Generation facilities Plant Managers to complete monthlyPlant Operating reports.• Serve as one of the Administrators for the Meridian drawing database, including provide login access as requested/required.• Develops metadata for the drawings or documents and assists Engineering in the filing/ retrieving process.• Work with plants to support document control as needed in the Meridian database• Serves as one of the functional administrators for day-to-day operation of the IBM Maximo Asset Management system.• Supports the power plant procurement process.Reviews purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supporting documentation for accuracy, budgeted funds and compliance with FMPA\'S Procurement Policy.• Supports the power plant work order process to ensure planned and emergency work is completed on time and within budget to support the fleetEAF.• Assists with tracking of power plant budgets, analyzes power plant budget to actual; communicate discrepancies, and generates monthly reports.• Monitors and files the various reports such as safety and incident reports from all Agency sites.• Assists other departments with reports of PowerPlant statistical data.• Review monthly invoices from generation resources not fully owned by the agency for accuracy and compliance with contract pricing.• Analyzes, codes and processes all power plant TARP O&M and Labor invoices in accordance with FERC Uniform System of Accounts.
