   In this role I am responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks.Ensuring a high degree of accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office or hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities• Executing the HR core processes through SAP.•Ensuring that organization management (OM), personnel administration (PA) and payroll related data are according to the global standard process• Responsible for completing employee life cycle from hire to retire or termination. • Monitoring payroll relevant data in HR core (salary, recurring payments, etc.), ensuring supporting documentation is in place and playing key role in the \'lock and unlock\' process of critical data within HR Core• Experience in ELCM-related activities into appropriate systems and recording the employee queries in an appropriate IT system (ticketing tool)• Executing and delivering of ELCM services according to defined service level agreements like TAT and quality• Extracting reports for internal data quality through Ad-hoc query or from customized transactions
