About Brant Norquist
I am an attorney specializing in commercial loans and other debt financing transactions. I have represented both borrowers and lenders in connection with term loan and revolving credit facilities, asset-backed financings, real estate loans, public offerings and private placements of notes (including Rule 144A private placements), project financings, new market tax credit arrangements, intercreditor arrangements and other secured and unsecured debt financing transactions. I maintain current knowledge of market terms for debt financing transactions. It is my job to ensure that the legal documents reflect those terms and my clients\' expectations for the transaction; to assess and minimize risks; and to present practical solutions when problems arise to allow the transaction to close on terms acceptable to all parties. I also have extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and I have experience helping companies comply with federal securities laws applicable to public companies and their executives, among other business law matters.
