Magnolia was founded in 2016 with a focused vision to redesign the investment management model. Our first value-add acquisition, core-plus JV partnership, and first core-plus acquisition all came in our first year of business. In 2018 we achieved $1B in transactions and launched our property management company in 2019. Since then, we have tripled our transaction volume, expanded our offices internationally, and expanded our real estate strategy in multi-family to include a single-family operation.
